Allow Sharing of TypingMind Artifacts via Public Internet Link

As a user, I would like the ability to share TypingMind Artifacts (e.g., code snippets, dashboards, documents, visualizations) via a public internet link so that others can easily view and interact with these outputs online. This feature would allow users to share complex artifacts generated by TypingMind with external collaborators, stakeholders, or the general public without requiring them to log into TypingMind or download any files.

Key Features:

Generate a Public Link: Users can create a public, shareable link for specific artifacts directly from the TypingMind interface.

Read-Only Access: The shared artifact link would provide a read-only version of the content to prevent unauthorized edits.

Interactive Elements: For artifacts that include dynamic elements (e.g., dashboards, charts, or diagrams), the public link should retain interactivity, allowing users to explore or manipulate the visualization while maintaining the original structure.

Access Control Options: Users should be able to set access restrictions such as:

Public (no login required)

Link with password protection

Time-limited access (e.g., links that expire after a set period)

Export Options: Visitors of the public link should be able to export the artifact in formats like PDF, Markdown, or JSON if the owner permits.

Benefits:

Enhanced Collaboration: Easily share artifacts with collaborators who do not have a TypingMind account, improving team collaboration and feedback loops.

Increased Engagement: For use cases like sharing dashboards or code snippets publicly (e.g., open-source projects, community learning), a public link encourages wider participation.

Simplified Workflow: Removing the need for manual file exports and re-uploading streamlines the process of sharing TypingMind outputs.

Use Cases:

Software Development: A developer can share an interactive code snippet or workflow diagram with an external consultant without needing them to access the TypingMind app.

Data Analysis: A data scientist can share interactive data visualizations (e.g., sales charts) with stakeholders, allowing them to explore the data without needing to log in.

Educational Content: Educators could publicly share interactive learning materials (such as flowcharts or decision trees) generated using TypingMind Artifacts with students.

Priority: Medium

Target Users:

External collaborators

Public audiences (e.g., for open-source or educational projects)

Internal teams without TypingMind access

Dependencies:

Integration with existing artifact generation workflows

Authentication and access control features

Acceptance Criteria:

Users can generate a shareable public link for TypingMind Artifacts.

The shared artifact should retain its interactive elements when accessed via the link.

Access restrictions (e.g., password protection, time-limited access) can be applied.

Visitors should be able to view, interact with, and export artifacts based on the permissions set by the user.
