Allow reuse of key so MCP server can be autostarted

MCP is fantastic, and there are some like sequential thinking that I'd like to be available to the model all the time. Right now it seems I have to delete the setup and generate a new key each time. My request: allow the user to provide an auth key, so the server can be run in startup and be available to TM ongoing.
