Adding NotDiamond

I was wondering if there is a way to integrate recommendations from NotDiamond on TypingMind.

"Not Diamond's core functionality is to take in an array of messages and a list of LLMs and return a recommendation for which LLM is best-suited to respond. You can then make your LLM calls in whatever way you choose."

They have a very generous free-tier which should suffice for may users. Since TypingMind then allows me to call whichever model I choose, this is going to be a win-win.
