add support for incoming webhooks

allow a chat (with id of a user) to be continued (by agents/mcps) upon a incoming webhook. For instance. i upload a file and the mcp server does an action with it. The receiving end supports sending webhooks when finished, Would be great if my chat could continue with that chat then in the background while i keep working on something else.
