Add "Edit" Functionality for Custom MCP Connectors

The new MCP connector workflow is missing a key feature available in plugins: the ability to edit. Currently, we can only disconnect or uninstall. Adding an "Edit" option would significantly improve the user experience by allowing quick updates to connector settings without the need to re-install.
