Add custom button in workspace bar

A custom button in the workspace bar where one can add custom code in the admin panel for widgets and links. The idea here is to have it integrated into the native app for adapted mobile use. The existing add custom code function in the admin panel is nice but lacks mobile adaptability or collides with design changes.
