Add a keyboard shortcut for activating and deactivating plugins

It happens all the time when I need to enable and disable the plugins back and forth.

Here's an example of such occurrences.

Sample: Is it important to have a button system for a web app?

Finding: The plugins are unnecessary for this type of question. The answer will be better without the plugins because the scraped result provides limited data, and scraping the data takes a while.

Sample: Can you recommend a tutorial on creating a button system?

Finding: Using plugin is absolutely necessary. Without the plugin, the result contains broken links and 404 pages.

"Both samples were conducted using the SearchPlus plugin and without plugin"

Having a shortcut to toggle (activate and deactivate) the plugins would greatly facilitate the decision-making process. For example, Command + D.
