Ability to Create Hidden/Locked Prompt Templates (Invisible to Users)

Allow admins to create prompt templates in the Prompt Library that are “locked” or “hidden.” When enabled, users can select and use these prompts, but cannot view or edit the actual prompt content. This feature will let organizations enforce standardized prompt wording or instructions while preventing users from accessing the internal text of the template. Ideal for compliance, consistency, and proprietary workflows.
