Support Private Blob Storage for Self-host version

You can now use TypingMind Team with a private blob storage while using the self-host version. With private blob storage, attachments and images will be sent as base64 to the AI models instead of pre-signed URLs. To enable this feature, set BLOB_STORAGE_PRIVATE=1 in your environment variable.
