Rearrange pluggins!

Is there a way we can rearrange pluggins in the chat and the plugins page similarly like models?

This would be a really cool and important feature for organizing. Especially when we have alot of pluggins overtime it can be confusing if we don't have the option to rearrange them as we want. Thanks!
